Twenty qualifying referrals build a $500 bank if no credits have been used or reserved. At Elite, a $500 bank contribution plus the $75 client tier discount requires at least $2,300 in eligible labor to stay within the 25% combined savings cap.
Credits are a promotional service benefit, not a cash allowance. Always get the exact contribution confirmed by ARMS before promising it to a client.

A clear program. No surprises.
Joining and qualifying
Joining is free and nonexclusive. Enrollment and benefits start after ARMS confirms acceptance. Obtain any required brokerage or employer approval and explain the incentive before referring a client. Clients are free to choose any provider; participation is not tied to a real estate closing.
Only the first completed, fully paid booking for a genuinely new referred client qualifies. Record the partner ID before booking. Existing bookings, self referrals, duplicates, canceled or unpaid jobs and recruiting other partners do not earn credit. Do not split bookings to earn extra credits.
Earning and tiers
Qualifying work requires at least $750 in eligible ARMS labor before discounts. Every qualifying referral earns $25, at every tier, after ARMS verifies completion, payment and eligibility. Tier rank uses qualifying paid referrals in the previous 12 months. Partner: 0–2; Preferred: 3–5; Premier: 6–9; Elite: 10+. Client tier discounts are $25, $40, $50 and $75 respectively, with the $750 labor minimum at every tier. The confirmed tier and written estimate at booking control that client’s terms.
Banking and client contributions
Credits roll over with no scheduled expiration. A lower tier does not erase earned credits. Credits have no cash value, cannot be sold, withdrawn as cash or transferred between partner accounts. You may request a contribution toward a client’s future eligible ARMS labor. ARMS must confirm the amount, booking and conditions in writing before the client accepts the estimate. One sponsoring partner per booking. No retroactive application to paid invoices.
The client tier discount plus contributed bank credits together may cover up to 25% of eligible labor before discounts. Do not combine with other offers. Truck rentals, fuel, travel, containers, supplies, storage, taxes and third-party charges are excluded. An estimate and service availability are always required.
Reservations, use and reversals
A requested contribution does not reserve credits. ARMS approval creates a hold and reduces the available bank. Credits are redeemed when applied to the eligible invoice. Unused holds are released if a move cancels. Credits earned by the same job become available only after it is complete and paid. Refunded or reversed earning jobs cause a matching credit reversal; ARMS reconciles any resulting shortfall before further redemptions.
Services and availability
Credits apply only to services and locations ARMS explicitly confirms. Eligible work may include packing, unpacking, loading, unloading customer-supplied trucks or containers, furniture assembly and staging, and storage transitions. Local labor has a three-hour minimum. This program does not promise national coverage, interstate transportation, free moves or guaranteed dates. Ask separately about other services.
Recognition and marketing
Public recognition is optional. Only opted-in, ARMS-approved display names, verified counts and tier are shown; no client or invoice information or balances are published. Photos, shared branding and posts need separate approval. Monthly rankings use qualifying paid referrals within the calendar month, with ties sharing rank; ranking awards no extra credits or cash. Printing costs are not included in digital files. ARMS must schedule and approve spotlights and other delivered benefits.
Changes and privacy
ARMS communicates program changes before future referrals are affected and honors earned credits and accepted written estimates under their confirmed terms. Your account and referrals are stored to administer the program. Partners see their own records; authorized ARMS administrators see program records. Use city and ZIP for initial logistics. Do not submit card numbers, identity documents or unrelated sensitive details. Contact movewitharms@gmail.com for access corrections or deletion requests.
These portal terms apply the later $750 eligible-labor minimum. Older printed packets with lower minimums should be replaced. The written ARMS estimate confirms each booking’s actual benefits.
